Scott Credit Union is providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices and policies for collecting, using and sharing information collected from or about you. In this Privacy Policy, terms such as “us” “we” and/or “our” refer to Scott Credit Union and its subsidiaries and affiliates, owned, operated or managed by us or our affiliates.

We will share your Personal and Non-Personal Information with affiliated persons and entities of Scott Credit Union.

Mobile Applications

If you install or use one our mobile applications, we may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your mobile device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate any upgrades, product support and other services to you (if any) related to the application, and to provide services or technologies to you.

You may install and download our applications without providing any personal information to us. However, in order to use certain features of our mobile applications we may need to collect your personal information. You may withdraw this consent at any time by turning off the location services settings on your mobile device. Disabling such features will not impact the non-location based functionality of the application. We may also offer the ability to sign up for certain products or services through a mobile application, in which case you will need to provide the personal information necessary to sign up for the applicable product or service Personal information collected through our applications will be maintained, used and disclosed in accordance with our Corporate Privacy Policy.
